What is the difference between custom and non-custom?

Customized products can be customized according to your needs. We provide more optional functions to meet your diverse needs.

Why are there no prices for customized products?

Customized products vary greatly in categories and functions, and the production cycle varies depending on the needs. Therefore, we cannot give a detailed price. The specific quotation will be given after discussion with us.

How long will it take for me to get my custom product?

This will be determined based on the customization requirements. Generally speaking, the customization cycle is three months to six months. Particularly complex customized products may take longer to produce.

What should I do if I am not satisfied with the product and need to return it?

Non-customized products can generally be returned within 7 days after receipt. Customized products will be checked for normal functionality via video before shipment. Customized products cannot be returned after shipment and can only be returned for repair.
